The Berkshire Record recently completed a survey for the “best of Berkshire County” in over 300 categories, ranging from women’s shoes to elected officials, and readers overwhelmingly voted Salisbury Bank the Best Bank in Berkshire County for the second year in a row. Salisbury Bank, with locations in Sheffield, South Egremont, and now Great Barrington, Massachusetts, was voted #1 in the 2014 Readers’ Survey, which was conducted throughout the month of February.
To honor the winners, the Record published a keepsake magazine titled The Best of 2014, which featured over 300 winners from all aspects of Berkshire life. In explaining the winning characteristics of Salisbury Bank, editors noted that the Bank not only offers a wide array of personal and business banking services, trust and wealth advisory services, retirement planning, and mortgage services, but is also committed to new and innovative products and approaches as well as being active in local civic life.
“We are honored to be recognized by the readers of the Berkshire Record for a second year” stated Rick Cantele, President and CEO. “Our Berkshire County team continues to work diligently to provide a high level of service to our customers in addition to their efforts to be good corporate citizens. On behalf of our entire staff, I am pleased to accept this acknowledgement from the citizens of Berkshire County.”
