Credit Administration Team Leader
Ryan started as a teller in 2010 and has worked his way up to his current position of Credit Administration Team Leader. He gives credit to his mentors for coaching him through the various stages of his career.
Ryan also acknowledges his own drive to continue to climb the ladder to becoming the Team Leader he is today. The advice Ryan extends to new hires is to “Hold yourself to high expectations to achieve the senior position you are longing for.” Salisbury Bank is looking for employees who are interested in advancing to the next level and will provide the tools to help get you there. Ryan, who was once part of the retail division of Salisbury Bank, is now making a difference by leading the credit administration department.

Kim started her career with Salisbury Bank back in February of 2005. Her first position with the Bank was on the teller line following which she transferred to Trust.
Kim’s motivation lies in her customer service skills and the drive to do her best even after the customer is satisfied. “Each time I help a client achieve a goal or overcome an obstacle, it motivates me to be my best.” The bank provided support and assistance to help Kim achieve her career goals. “I was always treated as a vital part of the team and was offered opportunities for advancement.” The advice Kim would like to relay to others is, “Learn as much as you can about your department and the industry as a whole. Take advantage of training opportunities that arise and seek out your own. In my opinion, confidence in your abilities is one of the biggest drivers of success."
Vice President, Branch Manager, Millerton Office
Lana Morrison started as a teller in the Sharon Office of Salisbury Bank in September 1983. The team and family-oriented atmosphere kept Lana engaged. In return, her potential was quickly recognized by the Bank which triggered her journey through several departments of the bank.
Lana has always enjoyed learning something new and her eagerness to be involved has served her very well in her career with the Bank. Salisbury Bank encourages their employees to reach their full potential and Lana is a prime example of this. From her initial position of teller, she has worked hard over the years to earn the respected title of Vice President, Branch Manager that she holds today. Lana’s advice is intended not only for new hires, but for the Bank itself, “The younger generation needs to want to be involved and the bank needs to give them a reason to stay involved.” Lana is an advocate for extending greater responsibilities to our millennial generation to reinforce making a difference while keeping customer service traditions alive.
