Salisbury Bank Offers Free Seminar on How to Make Your Money Work for You: How to Spend, Save, Borrow and Invest Wisely
April 14, 2016
Salisbury Bank and Noble Horizons are partnering to offer a seminar that will provide information, tools and strategies to help you distinguish how to spend, save, and invest your hard earned money.
The seminar will include information on how financial habits impact financial independence and why what you do with what you earn is as important as what you earn. It will cover the importance of defining one’s financial goals and how creating a budget can help attain those goals. Additional topics will include how to access and protect your credit score, and how to use budgeting services and apps to help manage your cash flow. Finally, this presentation will provide tips on how to save for the future, whether for a new home, an emergency, college or retirement.
Presenter Stacey Curtis started with Salisbury Bank in July 2008 as Executive Secretary. A 2014 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, Stacey was promoted to AVP, Administration that same year. Additionally, she assists the Bank’s CRA Officer in all aspects of the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Program. She recently accepted the position as AVP Branch Manager of the Canaan Office.
