Salisbury Bank Announces 2017 Free Community Shred Day Schedule

Salisbury Bank announces its 2017 Community Shred Day Schedule. This free service is part of the Bank’s commitment to help in the fight against identity theft. The Shred Day events will take place during the months of May through September at our branches throughout the tri-state area, and are open to all local residents and businesses.

Betsy Summerville, Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer stated, “With the increased importance of minimizing the risk of identity theft and fraud, our Shred Day events continue to help community members securely dispose of sensitive documents to aid in protecting themselves.”

Each person may bring up to 4 boxes of paper (paper only; no binders) for shredding by Legal Shred personnel to any of the locations listed below from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

  • Saturday, May 6, 2017, Dover Plains Branch, 5 Dover Village Plaza, Dover Plains, New York

  • Saturday, May 20, 2017, Sheffield Branch, 640 North Main Street, Sheffield, Massachusetts

  • Saturday, June 3, 2017, Lakeville Branch, 5 Bissell Street, Lakeville, Connecticut

  • Saturday, July 8, 2017, Canaan Branch, 100 Main Street, Canaan, Connecticut

  • Saturday, August 19, 2017, Millerton Branch, 87 Main Street, Millerton, New York

  • Saturday, September 9, 2017, Great Barrington Branch, 210 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts

  • Saturday, September 16, 2017, Sharon Branch, 5 Gay Street, Sharon, Connecticut
