Salisbury Bank is offering a seminar which will focus on Estate Planning and Medicare Fraud. In this informative seminar, attendees will be provided with an overview of estate planning which will include conservatorship, healthcare power of attorney, wills, and living wills. It will also touch on the probate process – how to prepare for it and how it works. The presentation will end with a brief discussion on Medicare Fraud.
Presenter Judge Diane Blick has served as a Probate Judge for over 10 years and has managed and administered over nine-thousand family matters. As her “Judge on Wheels” nickname suggests, Judge Blick travels throughout Connecticut to accommodate local families in her multiple town probate district, while she maintains offices in Litchfield, Kent, and North Canaan. Also presenting, Amanda Halle, Medicare Fraud Specialist is employed by the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging. Amanda covers the latest recommended safeguards against Medicare Fraud.
