November 5, 2019
Salisbury Bank is partnering with Scoville Memorial Library and the Entrepreneurial Center of Northwest Connecticut to bring you the seminar Business Model Canvas.
In this two-part seminar you will use the Business Model Canvas (BMC), a one-page document that allows you to test and validate the key parts of your business in a manageable format. In these informative seminars, you will:
- Build your own business model canvas and develop a testable hypothesis for new market segments.
- Receive coaching to help you take your business to the next level.
- Receive tips on how to use the Business Model Canvas to develop a full business plan should you need one in the future.
