Salisbury Bank Offers Free Seminar on Buying Your First Home and Credit Scores

Salisbury Bank is offering a free seminar with important information on buying your first home and credit scores. 

We will discuss the basics every first time homebuyer needs to know about securing a mortgage including:

  • How much will I need to save for a down payment?
  • What documents are needed to apply for a loan?
  • Do I qualify for a mortgage?

We will also answer questions about credit scores:

  • What is a credit score?
  • How is a credit score determined, and what is a “good” score?
  • What can I do to improve my credit?

Presenter: Kevin Cantele, Vice President, Mortgage Advisor, NMLS #1205210 Kevin was born and raised in Salisbury, CT. He started with the bank in 2013 as an intern in the Commercial Credit Department. In 2014, Kevin became a Mortgage Advisor Trainee and has been a full-time Mortgage Advisor since January of 2015. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a BS in Business Management. Kevin gives back to the community by volunteering in programs such as Habitat for Humanity and helping teach and coach youth sports.
