Salisbury Bank is offering a seminar on starting your own business.
In this informative seminar, we will discuss the steps necessary to start a small business including:
- Why own a business?
- What are the start-up requirements?
- Researching the market and preparing projections for income and expenses.
Presenter Nancy Shulman is a native of the Berkshires, born and raised in Pittsfield, MA. She graduated from Miss Hall’s School, earned a BA from Brandeis University, and an MBA from the Isenberg School at the University of Massachusetts, and an MS in Internet Strategy Management from Marlboro College. In addition to being a senior business advisor with the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC) for 8 years, she started and owned 4 small businesses (one of which is still active).
