Steven J. Brandfield joins Salisbury Trust Wealth Advisory Services as Senior Wealth Director

Salisbury Bank is pleased to announce that Steve Brandfield has joined the Bank as Senior Wealth Director. In this position, Steve will originate and coordinate new business for the Salisbury Trust Wealth Advisory Division. 

Steve joined Salisbury Trust Wealth Advisory Services from Capital Group in New York, with prior years at Fiduciary Trust International, Glenmede Trust and Bessemer Trust. In addition to his over 30 years of wealth management experience, Steve has been an active member of our community having lived in Litchfield County for over 18 years.

“We are pleased to welcome Steve as our Senior Wealth Director,” said Steve Essex, Executive Vice President. “He brings a tremendous amount of valued experience from his prior roles in trust and wealth advisory.  He is a great fit with our group since like many of the new residents in our area, he is personally familiar with the transition happening from the Manhattan area to the Hudson Valley, Litchfield County and the Berkshires. Steve maintains his connections to both regions and we look forward to his focused involvement in the development and growth of our client services.”

Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Columbia University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.  He currently splits his time between residences in Cornwall, Connecticut and New York City.
