Business Mastery Series: Business Model Canvas – Part 1 & 2

In this two-part seminar you will use the Business Model Canvas (BMC), a one-page document that allows you to test and validate the key parts of your business in a manageable format. You will gain insights about your customers, what value you offer through what channels and how your business can increase revenue.

In these informative seminars, you will:

  • Build your own business model canvas and develop a testable hypothesis for new market segments.
  • Receive coaching to help you take your business to the next level.
  • Receive tips on how to use the Business Model Canvas to develop a full business plan should you need one in the future.

Presenter: John Fiorello, Entrepreneurial Center of NWCT

John is an adjunct business development instructor for Northwestern CT Community College and startup mentor for early-stage businesses in the region, serving for-profit and non-profit entrepreneurs. He is also the founder of, a startup changing the way music and other content is delivered to fans. With a background in music, touring, production and recording, he previously co-founded The John Samuel Group, L3C with his wife, Karie.
