Mortgage Checklist
The following documentation is usually required during the loan process:
- 2 most Current pay stubs, w2's and tax returns for two years
- If self employed, your personal and business tax returns for the past two years
- Current year to date Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet(if Self Employed)
- Bank statements for the past two months
- Investment account statements for the past two months
- Retirement account statements for the past two months
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Mortgage account information
- Home insurance policy information
- Home equity account information (if applicable)
- Current real estate tax information
*Other additional items maybe be required upon review of your loan application.
